Providing false or misleading information may result in account suspension or closure without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. permata123 will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately.
Users are responsible for all activity that occurs under their account. You agree not to misuse the platform in any way that violates the law, disrupts other users, or attempts to manipulate the gaming system. Any attempt to cheat, hack, or abuse the platform will result in immediate legal action.
Permata123 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, particularly before processing your first withdrawal or when suspicious activity is detected. Required documents may include a copy of your IC or passport. This verification is standard procedure to protect the security of all users.
3 Platform Usage Rules
All permata123 users agree to comply with the following rules when using our services. Violating any of these rules may result in a temporary account suspension or permanent closure.

4 Payments, Transactions & Account Policy
Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR
All financial transactions on the permata123 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users are responsible for ensuring that all deposits are made through legitimate payment methods registered in their own name. permata123 does not accept third-party deposits.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on the selected payment method. Winnings and account balances will only be withdrawn to a verified bank account or e-wallet registered under the same account holder's name. Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts will not be processed.
Account Suspension & Closure
Permata123 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, breach of terms, money laundering, or any activity that could compromise the integrity of the platform. Balances in accounts closed due to a breach of terms may be forfeited in full, depending on the nature of the violation.
Users may also request to close their own account by contacting the permata123 customer support team. Such requests will be processed within seven business days, subject to the settlement of all pending transactions.
5 Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Permata123 is not liable for any financial losses, data corruption, or service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including technical faults, server failures, internet outages, natural disasters, or malicious third-party actions.
